Sgt. Clean Car Wash

Had to come on and give a shout out to one of your staff members. I apologize, I cannot remember her full name. It starts with a K I believe! I came to redeem a free wash certificate and I was very impressed with all the amenities they have to offer. The exterior wash was great, love that every spot had a cleaning spray/fresh towels, a sink station to clean mats, vacuums, air hoses at the parking spots, etc. Basically, if you want to have your car CLEAN from top to bottom, I believe you could. Might take a good minute, depending on your situation, but you can! Anyways, your employee with the letter K, was very kind! struck up a conversation with me at the mat sink. I do not like small talk, but she was very personable that at that point, my anxiety went out the window. We went from greetings, talked about graphic tees/perfect stores nearby to purchase decent ones, my job, the car wash, etc. Felt like we went from strangers to new buddies that shared a love of graphic tees. This might not seem like much to others, but for me I appreciated her kindness and genuine attitude towards me. Plus, this was my first time ever being serviced at Sergeant Clean, from any location. Thank you Ms.

My son went to ask for an air freshener and for Mother’s Day they gave him a flower to bring back! Everyone here is always friendly, helpful, professional and always stocked with the amenities. I prefer this location over others and the membership is fairly priced too!

If you care about your car, DO NOT GO HERE, or to any automatic car wash, for that matter. After visiting this location I was left with a massive scratch that is all the way down to the primer. The owner, who could not have been less helpful, gave me a call and tried to tell me that after "reviewing all of the footage" it couldn't have been them because that "isn't the way they do business" and "every car would have the same problem". I mean, I would certainly hope ruining a customer's car isn't the way you do business, but it still happened. I guess this scratch just materialized out of thin air! Since these people have zero integrity and are passing the buck, I'm now stuck with a repair bill that will cost hundreds of dollars, but at least I got my membership refunded, I guess? Moral of the story is go to a touchless car wash, or do it at home yourself. I learned my lesson the hard way, and will NEVER patronize this business or ones like it ever again, and I encourage you to do the same.

Paid 22$ for a car wash to get my car destroyed and ignoring my calls about it. Made me fill out some stupid paper. The part is 125$ Wouldn’t go here if you don’t want your car looking like this.

I somehow got grease smeared on the passenger side of my new truck. I pulled into Sgt. Cleans in North Canton. Vic was working the entrance gate. I asked for her help. She cleaned the entire side of my truck with a spray cleaner. After all was removed I entered the wash. After going thru the wash I pulled over to the vacuums near the entrance gate. Vic again walked all around my truck ensuring all was cleaned. She went above and beyond helping me. I highly recommend Sgt. Cleans car wash.
